Forgot to add:
6. Customizing the view on the People tab is not stored. I do it and it's how I want it (including two custom fields) but when I come out of the organization and back into it, click the People tab, it's back to First Name, Last Name and # Non Spam. That's both for myself with admin privileges as well as staff with lower permissions.
