Default UI issues with 4.1 build 890

Hey WGM folks

We upgraded to build 890 this weekend, and are taking advantage of some of the feature upgrades. Thx for the good work.

However, I did have a couple of UI glitches to comment on:

1) In our instance, under mail\workflow tab, the ticket count for one of the buckets disagrees with the actual number of open tickets. This "ticket count" issue seems to be a recurring problem for cerberus

Because we need to see what items are in a waiting status (to follow up on stuff that's aging,) we do most of our work in the mail\overview tab. Is there any way to hide the mail\workflow tab in our instance?

2) In the mail\overview tab, under waiting the group counts are shown, but the bucket details aren't shown. We use the waiting to manage outstanding customer issues, and different folks manage each bucket for follow-up if customers don't reply. I would expect the presentation of the waiting tickets mirror those in the "open" categories, i.e. group totals then bucket totals indented.

3) In the mail\overview tab, tickets which are assigned to individuals are also still showing in the open listing. I think in 4.0 it was either-or (i.e. if a ticket is assigned to someone, it disappears from the open group) Can we change a setting somewhere to get the either-or presentation back? As it is, the stuff that's already being worked clutters up the list of open items.
